Using this site

Everything on this site, including the videos, is general information about how I work and what I've seen work. It isn't professional advice for your specific business. The results I show, like 33 new customers in 4 days, are what happened for one client, and they aren't a promise of what will happen for you.

Free audits and calls

The free growth audit and the strategy call are free, and you're under no obligation to buy anything. I may decline an audit or a call if I don't think I'm the right fit. What I tell you in an audit or on a call is my honest opinion based on what I can see, and it's yours to use for your own business.

Working together

Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement that I send you before you pay anything. That agreement sets out exactly what's included, the price, the timeline and the terms. If anything in it differs from this website, the agreement is what counts. Prices on this site are starting prices, and I'll give you an exact figure before you decide.

What you send me

When you fill in a form or book a call, please give accurate information, and only share details about a business you own or are allowed to speak for.

My content

The writing, videos, designs and other content on this site belong to me. You're welcome to read and share links to it, but please don't copy or republish it without asking me first.

Other websites and services

This site uses outside services like Calendly and Wistia, and it may link to other websites. Those have their own terms, and I'm not responsible for their content or how they work.

Liability

I work hard to keep this site accurate and working, but it's provided as it is, and I can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for any loss that comes from using this site or acting on its free content. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Switzerland.
