The Fix
For businesses that already get traffic, from Google, ads or referrals checking you out, and want more of it turning into quote requests.
When someone's about to spend a few thousand on a job they don't just call the first name on Google, they open three tabs, read the reviews and pick whoever makes them feel safest, and on most service business websites nothing on the page is doing that job. I rewrite your pages so you're the one they call first and the price shoppers filter themselves out, live in 7 days, and then I bring more of the right people with Google Ads, Meta ads and SEO.
The free audit is a personal video of your website within 48 hours, with no pitch at the end.
Either way the order never changes. The pages your traffic lands on get fixed first, and only once they convert do I bring more people to them, because that's the only way the money you spend on traffic is actually worth it.
For businesses that already get traffic, from Google, ads or referrals checking you out, and want more of it turning into quote requests.
Then the Fuel carries on month to month, and you can stop any time and keep everything.
For businesses whose pages already hold up. A monthly fee plus a share of revenue from the new customers it brings in, and you don't pay any share until they've paid back everything you've paid me.
What it costs depends on your business and what it actually needs, so you get a real number on the call, and it doesn't change afterwards.
Someone searches for exactly what you do, clicks your ad or your listing, and then what?
They land on a homepage with a generic headline, a paragraph about how long you've been in business and a contact form three clicks away, so they give it about five seconds, hit back and call the next company, and you never even find out they were there.
Think about how different a referral feels. Someone they already trust has told them you're good, so they turn up halfway sold. Someone new from an ad or a search arrives with none of that, so your page has to do the convincing, and on most sites nothing on the page is doing it.
That's the Trust Gap, and it's why more ad spend, more SEO and more clicks all make the same mistake faster.
You put a few thousand into Google Ads last quarter, the clicks went up, and the phone rang about as often as it did before.
You paid a lead site around $200 a lead, three out of five never picked up, and the two who did were getting quotes from four other companies at the same time.
You paid an agency every month, and every report was a nice chart of reach and impressions, and nobody could tell you how many jobs it actually brought in.
You paid for a new site that looks great, and it still talks about you instead of what the customer is worried about, so it converts exactly like the old one did.
Every one of those is the same problem underneath. The page has to do the selling before anyone picks up the phone, and that's the part I fix first.
You don't need more clicks for this to work, because it's the same ads and the same searches, and the only things that change are the page waiting for them when they arrive and how fast you get back to them, so the estimates you go out to are with people who can actually afford you.
Almost every agency that calls you is selling the same thing, more clicks, more ads, more SEO, more people landing on your website, and when those people don't turn into jobs they tell you it's your follow-up or your sales or your prices. Nobody ever stopped to look at the page they were sending everyone to, so you paid to send more people to a page that was already losing them. I do it the other way round, so the landing pages, the quote form and the follow-up get built properly first, and only once they convert do I turn the traffic on, because traffic is only worth paying for once the page can turn it into jobs.
The four parts that turn visitors into quote requests, built around your business and written in your customers' own words.
One clear message aimed at the customer you actually want, built out of the words your own customers use in their reviews and on the phone, so the right person lands on the page and feels like it was written about them.
The landing pages and sales pages your traffic lands on, written to sell. Your best reviews and real jobs near the top, the things people are already worried about, like price, mess and pushy salespeople, answered before they ask, and one clear way to ask for a quote, with nothing else on the page competing for the click.
A few questions on your quote form about the job, the timeline and the budget, so the price shoppers quietly take themselves out and the estimates you go out to are with someone who can afford you and is ready to start.
Texts and emails that go out within minutes of the form, while they've still got the other two companies open, instead of three days later when they've already hired someone else, with tracking on every step so you know which ad, which search and which page every quote request came from.
Now I bring the traffic, using whichever paid channels fit your business and your budget.
You pay the ad platforms directly and own every account, so everything stays yours.
Then round again.
You tell me about your business on a call, I get everything I need from you on that same call or one short follow-up, and from there I do the research, write every word, build the pages, the form and the follow-up, and set up the tracking. You approve it, it's live by day 7, and if you'd rather not hear from me between the weekly reports, that's completely fine. The part that stays yours is the part only you can do, which is answering the leads that come in, turning up to the estimates and doing the work to the standard that got you those reviews in the first place.
Brooke had a meal prep business with good food, happy customers and no reliable way of getting new ones.
Before I wrote a single word, I researched exactly what her customers wanted, down to the specific meals they'd order. Then I built a landing page and an order form with those exact options on it, so ordering took about a minute.
Only once all of that was ready did we post, once, into the local Facebook groups she was already in.
The first order came in the same day. Within four days she had 33 new customers and $3,395 in revenue, which was every customer she could handle, and every single person who filled out the form bought.
There was no need for any ads or new followers, because the attention was already sitting in those groups and she just had nothing set up to turn it into orders. Your jobs are bigger and the principle is exactly the same, because when the page does the selling, the people who reach the form are already sold.
It was the first time I had a system that actually worked.
Brooke H."Before working with Kevin, I had no customers and no reliable system to attract customers. Kevin built everything for me: the post, the funnel, the Google Form, and the entire system. What impressed me most was the speed and quality at every step. In only 4 days, the funnel brought 33 new customers and generated $3,395 in revenue. It was the first time I had a system that actually worked. Kevin made the process simple, handled everything professionally, and delivered results well beyond my expectations."
26 of the 33 payments are shown here. All 33 orders came in within 4 days, and some customers paid on delivery, so a few payments are dated later. Payments were in Swiss francs and US dollars, with the total converted to dollars at the rate at the time. Tap any payment to see it bigger.
Most agencies show you a big number you have no way of checking, and by the time you find out it was rounded up you've already paid them. I put the work itself on Instagram instead, every day, so you can see how I think and take things you can use before you ever speak to me.
Things you can take and put on your own website this week, for free, to get more of the right people asking for quotes and actually move your business forward.
Real service business websites, pulled apart on camera, showing exactly where each one loses people before they ask for a quote.
What I'm building that day and what I'd change on a page I've just seen, so you can see exactly how I think before you ever talk to me.
I'd rather say no to you now than take your money and not be able to get you anywhere. I value hard work, mine and yours, and I do my best work with owners who care about doing the job properly and genuinely want to grow, so here's exactly who this is for.
Put your own numbers in. This does not know your market and it cannot predict your results, it just does the arithmetic on what you type, so you can see what a better conversion rate is worth to you before you spend anything.
Rough is fine. Nothing here is sent anywhere.
That's $21,600 over a year, from the same traffic you already get.
Other people's calculators pick the assumptions that make the final number enormous, and then you find out on the call that it was never realistic. Mine only multiplies what you typed in, the uplift is yours to set, and nothing on this page is a promise about what you'll get.
These numbers are before my fees, because what I charge depends on your business and gets quoted on the call. What I can tell you is that you don't pay any share of revenue at all until the new customers I bring you have paid back everything you've paid me.
The honest version is that I don't know how many estimates you win or how good your pages are until I've looked at them, and I'd rather tell you that now than find a way around it.
| Option | What you get | The catch | Whole path |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shared lead sites | Leads you pay for one at a time | The same customer gets sold to three to six companies at once, so most never pick up and the rest just want the lowest price | |
| An agency retainer | A team running your marketing month to month | The person who sold you isn't the one doing the work, and the reports measure clicks and reach instead of jobs | |
| A freelancer | One piece built, like a page or some ads | Nobody is responsible for the whole path, so the gaps between the pieces stay | |
| A website company | A new site that looks great | It still talks about you instead of what the customer is worried about, so it converts exactly like the old one | |
| Working with me | The whole path built first, then the traffic, all done for you by the person who sold it to you | I take a maximum of 5 clients, because I'd rather do great work for a few owners for a long time |
I guarantee what I control. Your pages, your quote form and your follow-up go live within 7 days, or you don't pay me the build fee. The 7 days start once I have access to everything I need.
And you don't pay a share of anything until you're ahead. On the Fuel, the percentage only starts once the new customers I bring you have paid back everything you've paid me, so by the time I earn a share, the work has already paid for itself.
You'll notice I'm not promising you a number of clients. Plenty of agencies will, and plenty of those promises have a catch buried in the small print. I'll add a results guarantee as soon as I have the client data to back it, and until then I'd rather promise you something I can actually keep.
Tell me about your business and send me your website, and within 48 hours I'll send you a short personal video that shows you:
No pitch at the end. It's yours to keep whether we ever work together or not.
I'm Kevin Klem. I never went down the normal route, and for the last three years I've been learning marketing and copywriting and actually doing it.
That's how a system I built got a business 33 customers in 4 days.
Most people who talk to me have been let down before, by an agency that overpromised, a freelancer who disappeared, or a system they had to babysit. So there's no handoff here and no junior. I do the research, write the words, build the system and run the traffic myself.
I value hard work, and I want to work with owners who do too, people who take pride in the job and actually want to grow. I'm also not the kind of agency that's always chasing the next new client and forgets about the ones it already has. I'd rather keep a small number of clients for a long time and keep pushing their results further every month, which is why I cap it at 5, and why the owners I already work with always come first.
And I share free advice every day on Instagram, from real pages pulled apart on camera to things you can go and fix on your own website this week, so you can see exactly how I operate before you ever talk to me.
Something else on your mind? Email me at kevin@kevinklem.com or message me on Instagram, and I'll answer it myself.
Service businesses selling jobs or services worth $1,000 or more, with happy customers and the reviews to show for it, and someone who answers the leads and goes out to the estimates, whether that's you or your team.
Your pages are live within 7 days, and when I'm running your traffic the first campaigns go live within 7 days of starting. How quickly quote requests come in after that depends on your market and how much traffic you already get, so I'll give you an honest estimate for your situation on the call, and I won't promise a number I can't back up.
Very little, because it's done for you. One call, sometimes a short second one so I have everything I need, then approving the pages before they go live. After that your part is answering the leads, going out to the estimates and doing great work. Everything else is on me.
Usually not. The build covers the pages your traffic actually lands on, the quote form and the follow-up, because that's where people decide whether to call you. If your whole site genuinely needs rebuilding, we'll talk it through on the call as a separate piece of work.
Yes. The ad accounts, the tracking, the pages and the email list are all in your name, so if you ever leave, you leave with all of it.
There are three ways in: the Fix on its own, the Fuel on its own, or both together, which is where most people start. The Fix is a one-off build fee, and the Fuel is a monthly fee plus a percentage of revenue from the new customers it brings in. The exact numbers depend on what your business needs, so I quote you on the call and the number doesn't move afterwards.
Because I'd rather earn more when you earn more, and if the traffic never brings you a customer the percentage is worth nothing to me. It's tracked through your own forms, call tracking and ad accounts, and you don't pay any of it until the new customers have paid back everything you've paid me.
A rewritten message for the customer you want, the landing pages that do the selling, the qualifying questions on your quote form, the follow-up texts and emails that go out automatically, and tracking on every step so you can see where each quote request came from. All of it in your accounts, under your name.
That's what the Filter is for, and it's one of the four parts rather than an afterthought. A few questions sit on your quote form so people who can't afford you or aren't ready take themselves out before they reach your calendar. Fewer wasted estimates is usually the first thing owners notice.
It's yours and it stays yours. It goes straight to the platform from your own account, I never touch it and I never mark it up. We start small enough to learn what works and scale from there, and it's completely separate from what you pay me.
Yes, and that's most of the work. The research phase is me collecting how you and your customers actually talk, and nothing goes live until you've read it and approved it. If a line doesn't sound like you, it doesn't ship.
No, it's month to month with no minimum term. Ads sometimes take two or three weeks to settle, so I'll tell you honestly what I think we'll know by when, but I'm not going to lock you in to buy myself time. If I'm not earning it you should be able to leave, and you leave with every account and everything I built.
Then we look at what the ads are sending people to first. If it converts, we put more fuel behind it. If it doesn't, we fix it before you spend another dollar.
The person who sold you that work probably wasn't the person who did it, and the reports probably measured everything except jobs. Here, it's the same person start to finish, you own every account, you get quote requests, booked estimates and revenue every week, and you can see how I work before you ever sign.
That's what it feels like when the page does the selling before they ever pick up the phone. Start with a free audit and I'll show you exactly where your site is losing people and what I'd fix first, or if you're ready now, book a call and we'll go through it live.
